The goal of the Best-Practice Benchmarking activity is understanding and integrating global best-practices to create a self-reenforcing innovation ecosystem. It will identify the procedures and methods to optimally disseminate innovations and continuously measure the success of EIT ICT Labs. The information that is generated will support the development of appropriate catalysts and KPIs for the support of innovation led development.
Based on evaluation of international data, our KPIs can be further developed and relevant baseline values are set. By continuously measuring impact and performance of EIT ICT Labs we can ascertain optimal organisation and service delivery.
