Our goal is to bring more innovation in the domain of Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) to market. To reach this goal we connect excellent European organisations in Education, Research and Industry to speed up innovation. There are similar KICs on Energy and Climate changes.

EIT ICT Labs is EIT’s KIC for the Information Society. We breed entrepreneurial ICT top talent by transforming higher education towards promoting innovation and entrepreneurial spirit. Our Co-location Centres and mobility programs help bring people from different countries, disciplines and organisations together.

EIT ICT Labs will equip students, researchers, academics and business people with skills for applying creativity, risk-taking spirit and entrepreneurial capacity. We empower top talents to lead Europe into a new ICT age.

By developing and applying catalysts we leverage on existing regional, national and EU-level funding instruments to speed up innovation in Europe. Our catalysts focus on integrating the three elements of the knowledge triangle - Education, Research and Business.
